Self made RPG Maker Game, how should I write a user agreement?

I finished making a cool RPG Maker game, I uploaded it for the public on mediafire. I found a program that makes the game program install and run. I don't feel I can collect any maney, although I'd love to for all the work etc I've put into it. But don't think I can legally, due to me not having any liscence for selling software or whatever these game programmers are required to do to sell software and make ton's of money. So I just added in the installer, text like, "Donations accepted for the further production of my software games..." with my email address. and alot of other stuff pertaining to not having others sell it, or whatever. Does anyone know what guidelines I should follow as far as regulations go, or legality? I told the public that any donations would be used for shipping, jewel cases, and buying the cd's to copy my original game for them, and the cost of ink use for printing out insert labels etc. Even I know that any donation I get would'nt cover any of these costs?
